Actress and supermodel Rachel Hunter currently stars on NBC's daring new reality show "Celebrity Circus."
Born in New Zealand, Hunter rose to prominence after posing as a Sports Illustrated model in 1989 and quickly became one of the most photographed cover models in the world. Hunter has been successful in the modeling industry for over 18 years. In addition to Sports Illustrated, she has graced the covers of many magazines, including Elle, Cosmo, Harper's Bazaar, Stuff, Playboy, and Vogue. She quickly followed up her fame with a successful workout video that subsequently attracted her to the field of acting.
Hunter has appeared in numerous independent and feature films, such as "Benchwarmers," "El Padrino," "Just a Little Harmless Sex," "Winding Road," "Rodeo Girl," "You & Your Stupid Mate," "Pendulum," "Ozzie," "Rock Star," "Best Actress," and "Two Shades of Blue." Hunter also has a following from her television career, where she was the host for the reality shows "Are You Hot?" and "Style Me with Rachel Hunter," and has appeared on "Dancing With The Stars," "Drew Carey," "Suddenly Susan," "For Your Love," "Mad About You," and the SciFi Channel movie "Larva."
Hunter has also launched a number of new clothing lines, as well as being the face of Dermacia Cosmetics.
Hunter currently resides in Los Angeles, where she juggles her acting and modeling career with her role as a mother to her son, Liam, and her daughter, Renee.
