Same here. Conan should do more freestyle. When they try to be too "professional" as they possibly can be. It just won`t work. It was like Conan was born again when the writers strike was going on. I miss those days

You guys are absolutely right. Conan is at his best when he's not being "professional." His improvisational stuff is brilliant.

I've always thought Conan is funniest when he's improvising. No offence to the writers - there are some really good sketches - but I'd like to see Conan less restricted by scripts and stuff on the show.

Meanwhile, these behind-the-scenes videos are fantastic.

To me, Conan in rehearsal and/or in street clothes without his hair done looks like Donal Logue. Those two should do a sitcom or something together.
